Reini talks about how he immediately went into a stress response and the skills he used to deal with it, gathering as much information as he could before deciding what to do. 

Reini also talks about the vital support network he had around him of friends, family and colleagues who were indispensable in helping him and his wife and children make it through the brutal treatment.
